Stock
While we try to keep a large stock of frames and bikes due to the number of models and different specs we cant have everything in stock.
Italian made Colnago like the C60 and Master are always produced on demand and usually delivery time is 7-8 weeks.
Payment
We accept bank transfer,credit cards and payments via Paypal.
Please note that there is a surcharge of 4% for payments via Paypal in order to cover the high fees
Shipping
We ship frames,bikes and parts worldwide via DHL and we always insure the packages against loss or damage
Refunds
Since all frames and bikes are custom made we can NOT offer refunds unless the bike was damaged during transit.
We will always consult and study your details prior to ordering in order to choose the right size.
If we made a mistake we will exchange the bike or frame.
Warranty
Colnago warranty is valid for 2 years or 3 years if you registered the frame with Colnago within 10 days of purchase.
As a sign of appreciation for your trust and confidence on Colnago we will offer an extra 3 years extended warranty at no cost.
We will be responsible for any warranty claims and you should contact us immediately if you need to.
We will handle the warranty with Colnago, the client does NOT deal with the manufacturer directly
